Composite facets is the name for the procedure by which a composite material (material for white fillings) is applied to the front of the tooth and thus changes the shape and color of the tooth.

Very nice results can be achieved, but you must know that the possibilities of these materials are still limited in relation to ceramics.

Their advantage is that they are done in one visit, the tooth is not ground, they are a much cheaper solution than ceramic crowns.

Their disadvantages are that over time, due to brushing teeth and chewing, they are still a little worn, which means that they are less durable than ceramic crowns, but they are also easily repaired, which is a great advantage.
