Tooth augmentations are restorations of the crown part of the tooth that are cemented into the root canal so that the crown can then be cemented on them, for example, they can latter be carriers of some prosthetic work.

They can be cast from metal, gold, screw model, but today fiberglass-composite are the most modern upgrades, cemented with modern compote materials, have the advantage because they are white and elastic, so they better distribute the pressure on the tooth root.
